Helmet requirementThe Deisla DS3-25 may be ridden without a helmet when wearing a seat belt; when not wearing a seat belt, a helmet is mandatory.
Insurance and registration
The Deisla DS3-25 is subject to insurance and registration requirements. The scope of delivery includes an EU type approval (ECC), which you can use to apply for a license plate from the insurance company of your choice.
The license plate must be clearly visible on the vehicle in order to comply with legal requirements.
Driver's license
A moped driver's license is required to operate the vehicle. Minimum age is 15 years.
Holders of driver's licenses classes A, B, and T do not need a permit.
People born before April 1, 1965, do not need a driver's license.

This practical holder was specially developed for our E-Quad and E-Trike electric mobility scooters with chassis numbers beginning with R31..., but is also compatible with many other models of similar design.
The holder allows walking sticks, forearm crutches, and larger umbrellas to be transported safely. The catch tray is attached to the frame tube below the footboard with a clamp, and the holder is attached to the vehicle on the outside under the armrest through the top case. The holder can be mounted on either side, so that two walking aids can be transported safely at the same time.
Thanks to rubberized rollers and spacers (clamp system), your walking aid or umbrella stays firmly in place without slipping or being damaged while driving.
This holder system is suitable for almost all common walking aids and umbrellas with a shaft diameter of up to approx. 3.5 cm.
The carrier has been designed so that you can easily reach your walking aid or umbrella without having to stretch or reach awkwardly. This means that you can insert and remove items even while seated.
The spacious drip tray provides a secure hold for walking aids with "rubber feet" up to 10 cm in diameter. This prevents the walking aid from slipping or falling out during the journey.
Two integrated drainage holes in the catch tray ensure that rainwater does not accumulate – ensuring reliable functionality even in less than ideal weather conditions.

Note:
For older models in the Rolektro E-Trike 15 V.3 / E-Trike 25 V.3 and Rolektro E-Quad 15 V.3 / E-Quad 25 V.3 series that are still equipped with a gray charging connection, a special charging cable adapter (item no.: 35307) is required.
Commissioning the emergency battery:
1. Charge the battery completely.
2. Switch off the main fuse.
3. Place the emergency battery vertically on top of the main battery under the seat and secure it using the handle of the large battery box (see product photos).
4. Switch the Anderson plug. If you have an older vehicle model, please use the adapter.
5. Switch the main fuse back on and continue driving without worry!

This safety box was specifically designed for the safe storage and charging of lithium batteries—ideal for electric vehicles such as e-scooters, electric scooters, mobility scooters, pedelecs, and e-bikes. It is also suitable for numerous other lithium batteries, provided their size and capacity are compatible.
The robust steel construction with 40 mm ceramic fiber insulation provides reliable protection against heat and fire in an emergency. Tested according to EN 1363-1:2020, it offers 60 minutes of fire resistance. The integrated charging port allows for safe charging while the box is closed, without having to remove the batteries from the protective environment.
In addition, the safety box is equipped with a condensed aerosol fire extinguisher. This modern extinguishing system was developed specifically for enclosed spaces and activates automatically in the event of a fire when high temperatures are detected. Within seconds, the extinguishing aerosol spreads evenly throughout the interior of the box, helping to contain emerging fires at an early stage and reduce further spread. The pressureless system uses a non-toxic and non-corrosive extinguishing agent and offers a maintenance-free service life of up to 10 years.
For maximum flexibility, the box is equipped with four heavy-duty casters, two of which are lockable. This allows it to be moved easily and secured stably when needed.
