Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Cyprus, Romania, Croatia.
Shipping is excluded to the following islands: generally foreign islands

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs as follows:
Shipping category 1: Lithium batteries
Shipping costs are €19.90 per battery.
Shipping category 2: Lead-gel batteries
Shipping costs are €6.90 per 2 batteries.
Shipping category 3: Spare parts/accessories
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €6.90 per order.
Shipping category 4: Small spare parts
Shipping costs are €3.95 for a total weight of up to 1 kg, a volume of less than/equal to 4412.50 cm³ and a total number of items of less than/equal to 3.
We do not charge shipping costs for the shipment of bulky goods (forwarding agent shipment) and e-scooters. Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
For the delivery of bulky goods to German islands, an island surcharge of €250.00 is added to the shipping costs.
Combined shipping:
Priority 1: Bulky goods and e-scooters:
If a bulky item or e-scooter (excluding German islands) is included in the order, shipping costs for the entire order will be waived, regardless of other items or categories.
Priority 2: Lithium batteries:
If a lithium battery is ordered, the shipping costs per lithium battery always and exclusively apply to the entire order, unless e-scooters or bulky goods are included. In this case, shipping is free of charge.
Priority 3: Lead-gel batteries:
When ordering lead-gel batteries, the shipping costs for the lead-gel batteries always and exclusively apply to the entire order, unless e-scooters, bulky goods, or lithium batteries are included. In this case, the aforementioned conditions apply.
The prioritization for calculating shipping costs is as follows: Bulky goods and e-scooters are considered first, followed by lithium batteries, lead-gel batteries, and finally spare parts/accessories.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We calculate shipping costs abroad according to shipping category:
The shipping of products in shipping category 1: Lithium batteries, bulky goods, and e-scooters abroad is excluded.
Shipping category 2: Lead-gel batteries
The shipping costs are €30.00 per 2 batteries.
Shipping category 3: Spare parts/accessories
We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:
Packages up to 6 kg: €20
Packages over 6 kg to 14 kg: €30
Packages over 15 kg to 24 kg: €40
Packages over 24 kg to 50 kg: €60
Packages over 50 kg: €80.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1-3 business days for goods that can be shipped by parcel post and 10-15 business days for goods that cannot be shipped by parcel post.
For international deliveries, delivery will take place within 5-7 business days for goods that can be shipped by parcel post after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
