The E-Quad 25 V.2-R31 is a four-wheeled electric mobility scooter that produces zero emissions and is very affordable to maintain. The E-Quad 25 V.2-R31 has a top speed of up to 25 km/h and features a 1000-watt motor.
There are three speed settings to choose from, providing a comfortable and safe riding experience even for beginners and seniors.
The comfortable seat, which features foldable armrests, also includes a seatbelt. When the seatbelt is fastened, the electric scooter can be ridden without a helmet.

Legal Provisions & General Information
§1 Labeling
The E-Quad 25 V.2 is subject to insurance and registration requirements. The package includes an EU type approval (ECC), which you can use to apply for a license plate from the insurance company of your choice. The license plate must be affixed to the vehicle in a clearly visible location to comply with legal requirements.
§2 Driver’s License
A Class AM driver’s license is required to operate the vehicle. Class AM is included in driver’s license classes A, A1, A2, B, and T. The minimum age is 15 years.
§3 Helmet Requirement
There is no helmet requirement when the seat belt is fastened.
If the E-Quad 25V.2-R31 is ridden without the seat belt fastened, a helmet must be worn.
§4 Number of Passengers
The E-Quad 25 V.2 is approved exclusively for use by one person. Carrying additional passengers, pets, or heavy objects may compromise the stability and safety of the vehicle and is not permitted.
§5 The COC (EU Certificate of Conformity)
The COC document serves as your operating permit and must always be carried with you along with proof of insurance. The COC is a document valid throughout the EU and must therefore be written in English, the official language.
