The Rolektro E-Quad 15 V.3 with European road approval is the perfect vehicle for all generations – robust, stable, safe, and well thought-out down to the last detail.
It is a latest-generation electric vehicle designed in accordance with German requirements and safety standards. Its design, functionality, and features make all the difference.
The four-wheeled electric scooter produces no emissions and impresses with its low operating costs. With a top speed of up to 25 km/h and a powerful 1000-watt motor, the E-Quad 15 V.3 is ideal for urban areas.
The removable 60V-30Ah lithium battery provides a range of around 80 kilometers – ideal for everyday errands, doctor's appointments, or short trips to the countryside.
Thanks to the automatic transmission, the vehicle is particularly intuitive to operate – even without prior knowledge. The three selectable speed levels allow you to maintain even lower speeds consistently. In addition, the vehicle has a reverse gear, which makes maneuvering much easier.
The E-Quad is equipped with a robust steel tube frame and is characterized by its high suitability for everyday use.
A single-wheel suspension on the front axle and two shock absorbers at the rear ensure a comfortable ride.
The climbing ability of up to 12 percent allows for easy driving on inclines.
Safe braking is guaranteed by the front disc brake in combination with a rear drum brake. In addition, there is an integrated parking brake on the handlebars, which prevents the vehicle from rolling away when parked and is easy to operate.
The LED lighting —consisting of low beam, high beam, and rear lights, as well as integrated turn signals and reflectors—ensures good visibility in traffic and is E-Mark certified.
The ergonomic captain's seat ensures a particularly comfortable and safe riding experience. It offers a well-padded seat, a high backrest, adjustable armrests, and a headrest. The integrated seat belt increases safety while riding, especially on uneven surfaces or during sudden braking.
The clear, digital color display provides reliable information about speed, battery status, total mileage, and other important vehicle data. The battery management system (BMS) provides precise information about the battery's charge status in percent.
A practical detail is the integrated USB charging sockets, which can be used to charge mobile devices such as smartphones or navigation systems while driving. This allows you to remain reachable and always oriented while on the road.
The vehicle is equipped with an alarm system for theft protection, which can be conveniently activated using the remote control supplied.
The factory-fitted windshield made of sturdy glass effectively protects against wind, insects, and dirt and improves riding comfort in all weather conditions.
The lockable top case at the rear is particularly practical, offering plenty of space for shopping or personal items. This storage space is complemented by another protected compartment under the seat – ideal for smaller items such as charging accessories.
A great service for all buyers: the vehicle is delivered pre-assembled. This means it is ready to drive in just a few simple steps and can be used immediately – no technical knowledge required.
The E-Quad 15 V.3 Premium is equipped with a practical square adapter for a trailer coupling. An integrated cane holder also allows walking sticks or crutches to be transported safely.

Legal provisions and general information
Helmet requirementThere is no helmet requirement for riding the E-Quad 15 V.3. However, it is strongly recommended that you always wear a seat belt to increase your own safety.
Insurance and registration
The Quad 15 V.3 Premium is subject to insurance and registration requirements. The scope of delivery includes an EU type approval (ECC), which you can use to apply for a license plate from the insurance company of your choice. The license plate must be clearly visible on the vehicle in order to comply with legal requirements.
Driver's license
The E-Quad 15 V.3 is legally classified as a mobility scooter, so no driver's license is required. The minimum age for use is 15 years. Please check for additional regional regulations, which may vary.

Number of passengers

The COC document is your operating license and must always be carried with you, along with your insurance certificate. The COC is a document valid in the EU and therefore had to be written in the official language, English.
